Rebecca Blood pointed me toward a nice breakdown of seasonal eating charts. There's a listing for all fifty states. The trouble is that Tennessee is so agriculturally and geographically diverse, how does it ever work?
The problem with the table is that it's arranged by food, not by season. I want to glance at the list and see the time of year first:
