Speaking of sausage kings...the other day Ian shopped at Engles but didn't have time to fill out the application for a value card. He took it to work and filled it out in Abe Frohman's name. He told me about it over the phone. I told him he misspelled Frohman. He left out the H. I added an extra N to the end. Guess we both were wrong.

I bring this up simply as segue into the good news: The Jimmy Dean Foods' sausage plant in Newbern, Tn. reopens Monday after they were forced to shut down because of terrible spring tornadoes. The roof sustained damages, but the freezers are a-okay. That plant processes 2,500 sows per day.
